My Graphic Portfolio is a 60-page collection of some of my favourite projects as a Town Planner. Current and recently completed projects include:

• Blocks of flats and shops along development corridors across Cape Town, including Retreat Road, Lansdowne Road, and Imam Haron Road.

• Residential complexes in the Southern District.

• Office and business developments along connector routes, including Belvedere Road (Claremont) and Victoria Road (Plumstead).

• Medical consulting rooms in the Southern District. 

• Nurseries and preschools in the Southern and Tygerberg Districts.

• 3000 square meters of storage space in Lansdowne Industrial.

• 600 square meters of performance and event spaces in Paarden Island.

• A series of Single Residential 1 (SR1) Land Use Management applications across Cape Town, in the Southern, Cape Flats, Table Bay, Tygerberg and outer lying Districts. These applications included second and third dwellings; building additions and alterations; and small-scale subdivisions. What often get in the way of these types of development proposals are Title Deed Restrictive Conditions, which need to be removed or relaxed.
